01 / overview

The problem

A large parts catalogue only pays off if customers can find the right part and get through checkout. [Describe where the site was losing people.]

Releases went out every two weeks, which made every improvement slow to ship and slow to measure.

02 / my contribution

What I did

  1. 01Lifted conversion by optimizing the checkout funnel with A/B tests and analytics.
  2. 02Modernized the CI/CD pipeline, moving releases from bi-weekly to daily production deploys.
  3. 03Improved search clickthrough by iterating on the company's custom Elasticsearch engine.
  4. 04Built a shipping quote calculator for the cart that aggregates warehouses and carriers.
